Having recently merged with an international travel marketing agency, this global communications group needed to host a client event that would embody a sense of unity and engagement, while also announcing the new corporate narrative.

In our experience, the post-merger climate can sometimes create a sense of confusion or complexity, as the two distinct cultures are forced together. Our approach was to encourage a literal and figurative blank canvas – a bright and brilliant space, that felt fresh and new. This was, we felt, the ideal environment in which to begin a completely new chapter for the entire business.
The perfect solution
Our understanding of the brief, and knowledge of the most contemporary and in-demand spaces in London, took us to the ultra-fashionable Southbank area. Here, we transformed an entirely blank gallery space, using set and staging, lighting, production and music, into an effortlessly cool and contemporary environment to showcase this new company to a more international client base.
Bringing together employees and clients for the first time under the banner of the newly united company, the space came to life with a combination of projected and on-screen visuals that illustrated the journey so far.
A trans-Atlantic perspective was also applied to the catering, with Manhattan styled cocktails including purple hazes, gothams and cosmopolitans; and a delicious range of sweet and savoury canapés. The final touch was an ambient, chilled-out soundscape, effortlessly delivered by an internationally renowned DJ.

By creating the right environment, this agency client could re-launch the vision for their brand and share their transformational plans for the future. The agency has since gone from strength-to-strength growing its people ten-fold and a successful global client base.
